Fighter Fitness

Although fitness is not a prerequisite to begin your Kung-Fu training, through regular training your levels of fitness, flexibility and coordination will improve.

For students wanting to take their fighting skills to the next level, this class is a great addition to the regular Wing Tyun classes.

Classes may include warm up exercises and stretching for flexibility, pad drills for skill and coordination, and fitness and resistance exercises for muscle tone and power building.

There is also opportunity for the students to test their Wing Tyun techniques under pressure in a safe controlled environment.
